Delivery

As stated on the ordering page, most items are handmade after the order is received. There’s an unavoidable possibility that certain beads or components needed will have to be ordered. If this happens I will contact you as soon as possible to explain when you can expect to receive your order, which is usually within 7 days. You can choose to have a full refund if you’re unhappy with this.

All pieces in the Elite collection are made to order, so please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

If your chosen item is already made up I aim to post the same day, if ordered before 2pm GMT and once I have been notified of receipt of payment by Paypal, unless there is a problem which you will be contacted about as soon as the problem arises.

Postage

UK and International postage and packing cost is a standard £2.95.
Postage is free over £50.

UK

Items are posted using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Their aim is to deliver a first class letter or packet the next working day, including Saturday.

International

Items are sent as Airmail Small Packets.
Their aim is to deliver to Western Europe three days after posting, to Eastern Europe in four days and to countries outside Europe in five days.

Packaging

All pieces of jewellery are sent with a muddle tag, in a zip lock bag, and jewellery envelope, in a funky black and white striped bag.

You can purchase a gift box for £1.00, if you choose this option then your item will be gift wrapped in a white box with muddle label, ready for you to give as a present, or as a treat for yourself. (See image below)
As well as your jewellery you will receive jewellery care instructions.

Vintage, Bridal and Elite pieces will still be sent in the gift box.
