Returns

I hope you are happy when you receive your order. However, in the unlikely event that you receive your goods and they are either damaged or broken or you have been sent the wrong item, then I will happily refund or exchange your item.
Please contact me at sarah@muddlejewellery.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your goods, if you need to return an item.
Please then ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging within 2 weeks for UK orders and 3 weeks for international orders.

Earrings wont be accepted for a return for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Please note that the refund will be made using Paypal.
Postal charges on returns are non-refundable.
Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for items which dont reach me, so please ask for receipt at the post office when you post any item back.

Repairs

Muddle’s jewellery is always handmade to highest possible standards, but sometimes, unavoidably an item can be faulty. In the unlikely event that your piece of jewellery does break within 4 weeks of receiving it, please post it back and I will repair it for free. You will have to pay the postage to return it, but I will pay to post it back to you.
After 4 weeks you can pay to have it repaired, this will cost £5.00, plus P&P;.
